In accordance with the provisions of the "measures", the development or use of new packaging products, packaging materials, integrated research and development projects of production, teaching and research, as well as the research and formulation of relevant laws and standardization, standardization of technical standards, and testing items, can be granted special funds subsidy from the Ministry of finance through the application for examination and approval. The maximum amount can be up to 5 million yuan.

"There are still a large number of packaging enterprises with considerable strength in Jinjiang. After application, they will receive special funding in this area."

Generally, the research and development projects funded mainly by self financing are funded by way of free subsidy, and loan interest discount is generally adopted for R & D projects mainly invested by bank loans.

The amount of gratuitous subsidy is generally controlled within 5 million yuan, and does not exceed the amount of investment raised by enterprises.

The amount of the loan discount is determined by reference to the loan amount of the project and the 50% of the loan interest rate announced by the people's Bank of China at the same time. The maximum interest rate is not more than 5 million yuan. The interest deduction project of the loan is carried out according to the procedure of interest discount after the enterprise pays interest first, and the discount period for each item is generally not more than two years.
