Jilin Province Publishes "Thirty Years Of Clothing In Jilin"

In order to commemorate the thirty years of reform and opening up and celebrate the sixty year of People's Republic of China's birthday, in early 2009, Jilin clothing association decided to publish "thirty years of Jilin's clothing" after asking the provincial authorities in charge of Jilin Provincial Department of industry and information technology.

By publishing this book, the garment industry in Jilin province has been compiled from 60 years since the founding of the people's Republic of China, especially in the past thirty years of reform and opening up, from scratch and from small to large. It has been put into the archives of Jilin's clothing development permanently, leaving historical data for posterity.

After investigation, we found that since the clothing industry in Jilin Province, up to now, there has never been a written material recording the clothing industry.

According to this situation, it is more meaningful to publish "60th anniversary years of Jilin clothing" in the thirty years of reform and opening up in the founding of the people's Republic of China in the past thirty years.

60 years after the founding of the people's Republic of China and 30 years of reform and opening up, what is the development of clothing in Jilin Province, what is the situation now, what achievements have been made in the past few decades, what problems exist and what direction will it develop in the future?

All these questions need to be summed up, which is the duty of Jilin clothing association.

After nine months' application, the collection of reportage of "thirty years of clothing in Jilin" was finally published.

The director of the provincial Office of industry and information office said that the publication of the book has milestone and epoch-making significance. It will be forever in the history of Jilin's clothing history.

"Thirty years of clothing in Jilin" truly records the growth experience and struggle process of garment production workers struggling in the forefront of the industry. The authors describe their thinking, their pursuit and their collage with a sharp perspective and vivid language.

Reading this book, we can see that they are struggling to start their own business. We can see that they are not known about the pioneering story of one another, Bibi's valuable experience of struggling for life, a memory of clothing and people's livelihood, a magnificent and profound legend.

The book "thirty years of Jilin clothing" has a total of two hundred and forty-five thousand words. Jiang Youwei, deputy director general of the Jilin Provincial Department of industry and information technology and Deputy Secretary of the provincial government, wrote the preface in person.

The thirty years of Jilin clothing is divided into four parts: association, enterprise, education and so on.

The association mainly records the development of the bridge and link between the government and enterprises since 1987, especially after entering the market economy.

The article mainly collected the development history of the thirty enterprises, including the vice president, the director and the above scale.

The education section mainly collected the growth of seven institutions of clothing major in Jilin's tertiary institutions since their establishment of clothing specialty.

The exhibition shows the style of Jilin's large clothing enterprises and the best clothing colleges.

The publication of "thirty years of clothing in Jilin" will surely play a positive role in promoting the development of Jilin's garment industry.
