In October 30th, China Cotton Association went to some textile enterprises in Linqing City, Shandong Province, to understand the current market situation and the operation of enterprises.

Linqing cotton textile industry has a long history. In recent years, its textile industry has entered a period of rapid development. Linqing City has been named "China's Cotton Textile City" and "wax printing city of China".

　　 The main products of this survey are mainly cotton, compact spinning, rotor spinning and siro spinning. The yarn products are mainly made up of 40-80 parts, some of them are yarn of self use, and looms are mainly air-jet looms, mainly made of wax and dyed fabrics, and most of their products are exported to Africa. According to the reaction of enterprises, due to the impact of Sino US trade friction, the reduction of enterprise orders was basically normal, and orders improved over the past two months. At present, the yarn price difference per ton of yarn is 3000-3500 yuan compared with the same period last year. In the yarn market, sometimes the price of similar products is superior to that of quality; some enterprises protect customers and fund production.

Some enterprises actively adjust product mix according to market demand, increase production of special products such as slub yarn, strong twist yarn, double twist yarn and doubling wire. Some enterprises have adjusted their working hours according to the actual situation, and enterprises have accelerated the pace of equipment upgrading and continuously improved automation, so as to improve quality and efficiency.
