The Labor Relations Department of the Changping District human resources and Social Security Bureau recently conducted a spot check on more than 700 small businesses with a scale of more than 30 people.

These small businesses mostly involve wholesale, retail, catering, property management and other industries.

The sampling data show that the labor contract signing rate of small businesses in the whole region is 96.9%.

In the five year, the Labor Relations Department of Changping made an investigation report on the labor relations of small enterprises.

The survey shows that the proportion of small businesses employing migrant workers is relatively large, and the social insurance coverage rate is about 75%. The income of workers and staff members has not been substantially improved in recent years, and the monthly salary of more than 3000 yuan is less than 50%.

Among them, accommodation, catering and other service enterprises and construction enterprises are mostly "flow type" workers.

The responsible person said that the small enterprises themselves have the characteristics of strong market, large variability, weak norms, difficult administrative execution, and difficult regulation. The relevant departments are required to make the signing of labor contracts of small enterprises, including the guidance and inspection of collective labor contracts signed as the focal point of labor relations management, and consolidate and improve the signing rate of labor contracts.
