The Starting Point Of The Silk Road, The Ancient City Of Xi'An, The Tang Dynasty And Western Market Officially Opened

The first "Silk Road Business Travel Cultural Expo" officially opened on the 22nd in Datang West Market, the starting point of the Silk Road - the ancient city of Xi'an. It not only shows the natural and cultural customs of countries along the Silk Road, but also brings together business and cultural representatives from more than ten countries in the Datang West Market Museum to discuss business travel and cultural cooperation issues of the Silk Road Economic Belt.

Wan Jifei, President of the China International Chamber of Commerce, who attended the opening ceremony of the Expo, said that Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, as the "new starting point and bridgehead" of the Silk Road Economic Belt, has unique geographical advantages, rich cultural tourism resources and strong industrial foundation. Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, should build an exclusive cooperation platform for the Silk Road Economic Belt, carry out broader cooperation with countries and regions along the Silk Road Economic Belt in high-end manufacturing, cultural tourism, logistics transportation and infrastructure construction, and further promote economic, trade, cultural cooperation and regional integration among countries along the Silk Road.

Baytash, the representative of Turkey China Friendship Association, said that in recent years, there has been an increasing number of personnel exchanges between Turkey and China. In addition to tourism, many Chinese people have organized delegations to Turkey for business investigation, and there are also many Turks in China studying abroad or conducting business activities. As two important node regions of the Silk Road Economic Belt, it is believed that Xi'an, Istanbul and other cities will surely reappear the glory of the Silk Road.

During the Shaanxi Expo, the "Economic and Trade Cooperation of Countries along the Silk Road and Shaanxi Opening to the West Matchmaking Conference" was held, attracting envoys or business representatives from more than 20 Eurasian countries to China.

During the Expo, Xi'an Datang West City Museum also reached cultural cooperation agreements with three museums, including the Kyrgyz National History Museum, to effectively promote the protection and exchange of cultural heritage along the Silk Road.

The first Silk Road Business Travel Cultural Expo is scheduled to be held on the 26th of this month and is expected to attract 300000 visitors.
