In the coming period, the trade friction between me and the western countries will not only be reflected in the restrictions on our export products, but also on the macro level of economic development strategy.

Comrade Zijin Mountain pointed out that the increasing trade friction has weakened our country.

Properly coping with trade frictions is the need to stabilize the external environment for the development of our economy and is also an important part of business.

Comrade stressed that in the face of the serious and complicated situation of countervailing investigations, departments and units should take the initiative to do well in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the State Council.

First, we must attach great importance to it, fully understand the necessity and complexity of countervailing measures and actively and properly cope with them.

Two, we should focus on both symptoms and root causes, constantly improve policies and measures, and abide by WTO rules.

Three, we must rely on mechanisms to strengthen coordination and cooperation in all aspects and work well together.

Four, we should further improve the work of regulating and clearing up the subsidy policies and measures.
