Technology Policy

In order to further promote the comprehensive utilization of resources, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, develop the circular economy and build a resource conserving and environment-friendly society, the State Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of land and resources, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development, and the Ministry of Commerce organized the preparation of "China".

The outline of comprehensive utilization technology policy was promulgated and implemented recently.


The technology of comprehensive utilization of resources in textile industry is as follows:


1. Comprehensive utilization technology of waste fiber and other wastes


(1) promoting the recycling technology of waste fibers.

The technology of producing regenerated fiber is made from waste polyester and nylon fiber and production waste.


(2) promote the use of waste fiber as an industrial reinforcement technology.


(3) popularizing the technologies of dissolution, extraction and ion exchange to recycle and recycle solid wastes produced in chemical fiber industry.

Two, comprehensive utilization technology of wastewater (liquid)
