In its own way, it helps to maintain the survival of the textile industry.

On September 9th ~9, 11, at the invitation of the Beijing Representative Office of the Italy Foreign Trade Commission (ICE), our reporter went to the exhibition site and felt the charm of Italy manufacturing from zero distance.

In September 9th, along with the nineteenth Italy textile fabric exhibition, Milan Unica

Fabric exhibition

At the opening of the Milan Exhibition Center, 410 textile enterprises from around the world exhibited the new 2015~2016 autumn and winter noodles accessories.

"Every Milan Unica fabric exhibition can be seen as a thread of red thread that strung up all the new things in the industry.

At this exhibition, all the mainstream enterprises representing the essence of Italy's products are all present. They are seeking to develop together through strong cooperation.

During his presidency of Milan Unica, Silvio Albini has been pursuing the policy of joint development.

Industry barometer: the situation is gratifying.

Whether from the economic data level or from the practical experience level, the textile industry can always foresee in the process of economic law reversal.

According to statistics, Italy's textile industry has a total of 5 enterprises, focusing on small and micro scale enterprises, and gathering creative wealth resources.

"After 5 years of financial crisis, 1 of the small and micro textile enterprises have faded out of the market, and those who survived after the wave of the sand have become more aware of how to use their advantages to find their own blue ocean.

As a barometer of the development of Italy's textile industry, Milan Unica fabric exhibition helps to maintain the survival of the textile industry in its own way.

On the one hand, the best buyers in the international market are gathered on this attractive platform. On the other hand, the organizers of the exhibition will also enhance the value of Italy's textile and garment industry in Europe.

Silvio Albini told the China textile daily reporter.

According to official statistics released by ISTAT, Italy's weaving output increased by 7.6% in the first half of 2014, including the production of knitted fabrics, which led to an increase of 4.8% in the entire textile industry.

This growth trend began in the second quarter of 2013. In the first two quarters of this year, Italy's weaving output continued to rise.

The export trade of Italy's textile industry also increased in the 1~4 months this year. In the first 4 months, the export of Italy's textile fabrics increased by 4.2%, and the import growth rate has increased by 7.5% in the same period of 2013, and the total trade volume has reached 577 million euros.

"No matter from the economic data level or from the practical experience level, the textile industry can always reverse the process of economic law Nakamatsu Chimatsu."

Silvio Albini told the China textile daily reporter.

At the exhibition, the prediction given by experts from Italy fashion industry's economic research center also confirms the view of Silvio Albini.

According to experts, Italy textile production and sales will continue to grow in the second half of 2014.

"This is not only a good vision for the industry, but also a strong support for this conclusion," he said.

Story of survivor: an intriguing business success study

Italy textile enterprises must be successful: innovation, expansion, vertical integration, brand strategy and people-oriented.

In the media group interview, asked how to evaluate the performance of Italy fabric enterprises, Silvio Albini gives such an evaluation: "the international market is particularly concerned about the quality of Italy fabrics, and the demand for high-quality fabrics in Italy is also increasing."

Recently, some of the most successful clothing brands in the world are characterized by the use of Italy high quality fabrics as their distinctive products.

Whether in Italy or in Europe, the textile industry is complying with strict environmental regulations and product quality specifications. This is the competitive advantage of our products.

Some of our enterprises have not only survived the competition, but many of them have also achieved great success in the global market.

"In my 30 years of employment, I have never felt the urgency of product innovation, service innovation and business model innovation as deeply as I am now."

Silvio Albini regrets the news of China textile daily.

"In addition, it is necessary to expand the scale. Only with a certain scale, can enterprises be able to invest in technological renewal, product development, ensuring delivery and establishing credibility.

At the same time, enterprises should learn to integrate vertical resources and integrate and utilize all links of the entire industrial chain to ensure product quality and traceability.

Nowadays, the salesmen adapting to the new era are good at analyzing the trend of customer's industrial structure change, have team spirit, work closely with product development, market and planners, and at the same time, be good at tracking the needs of the final customers.

The so-called 3 P (profit, person and place) concept is to strike a balance between pursuing profits, paying attention to the environment and putting people first in three aspects, and forming a healthy development mechanism.

Nowadays, consumers are no longer satisfied with passive consumption, they will increasingly demand to know the situation of enterprises creating products, and pay attention to the application of moral models in the production process.

Silvio Albini concluded.

Data from China: Anti-corruption and stock market demand weakened

The pressure of inventory and high-level anti-corruption will reduce the export performance to China, but the potential of the Chinese market should not be underestimated.

According to Silvio Albini analysis, in the first four months of Italy textile export, the export growth of knitted fabrics has reached two digits of 14.8%, the increase of wool combed wool output is 4.1%, the coarse wool is increased by 3.2%, the linen fabric is increased by 6.1%, and the export decline is respectively 2.7% of cotton fabric and 2.2% of silk fabric.

From the point of view of exports, from 1 to April in 2014, Italy's textile exports to the 28 EU countries increased by 8.2%, while the EU was also the primary market for Italy's textile exports, accounting for 55.3% of total exports.

As a result of the rapid growth of export market in China this year, the demand for Italy's fabrics has decreased considerably in the first half of April this year, reaching 10.2%, and Hongkong in China has decreased by 7%.

When asked why the demand for the Chinese market has dropped sharply this year, Silvio Albini seriously analyzed: "one is that in recent years, the excessive expansion of China's local textile and garment enterprises has led to a continuous increase in production, while the domestic consumption demand presents a saturation state, which brings huge inventory pressure to the garment enterprises.

The second reason is that the Chinese government has punished corruption, and some customers who have been pursuing high-end luxury must be designated to use high-end fabrics in Italy.

Although exports to China have declined, China is the largest manufacturer in Italy.

Fabric

The supplier countries account for 26.3% of the total imports of Italy's fabrics. In the first 4 months of this year, the import of textiles from China increased by 7.7%, and Pakistan's third increased by 16.8%.

"The EU's strategy of importing zero tariff on fabric imports directly leads to an increase in our imports, which is indeed worrying."

Silvio Albini added.

Made in Italy: become more tolerant from pride

While increasing the value of domestic products, Italy textile enterprises must learn to accept new ideas and create opportunities for win-win cooperation on a global scale.

When people refer to "made in Italy", products of high quality and fashion will come to mind.

Once, many textile and garment enterprises in Italy existed in the form of family.

But it is also an attitude that is good at industry and disdainful of promotion. It makes Italy manufacture in a fast fashion and fast moving world, becoming somewhat at a loss.

The marketing strategy of heavy marketing and strengthening brand promotion also makes it difficult for these family businesses to adapt to the twists and turns.

Silvio Albini believes that while increasing the value of domestic products, Italy textile enterprises must learn to accept new ideas and create opportunities for win-win cooperation on a global scale.

It is also based on this consideration that from the beginning of this exhibition, the Italy fabric exhibition on display of high quality fabrics produced in Italy and Europe also provides a platform for the production of high quality fabrics in Japan.

"The selected Japanese partners not only meet the needs of many garment brands, but also the products of Japanese textile enterprises are fully in line with the positioning of Italy and European products in the international market."

When asked whether large-scale introduction of Japanese textile enterprises will impact on Italy fabrics, Silvio Albini gave such an answer.

In addition, Milan Unica and Pitti Immagine have been working together to set up exhibition topics for a very specific industry, which is also a very important part of Italy's traditional textile accessories industry.

The Unica Milan fair also launched a new trade fair featuring Italian cowboy style Italy cowboy Expo.

At the same time, the 5 most recent Unica fabrics exhibition in Milan will launch an important event -- On Stage show.

"After 5 exhibitions, which attracted 50 designers from around the world, we decided that it is time to review the history of our experiences together, review the growth process of the designers who participated in the project, and review the important moments we have experienced."

Massimo Mosiello, general manager of Milan Unica, said.
