Japan Intends To Expand List Of Harmful Substances In Textile Residues

The industry standard, which was launched by the Japanese Fiber Industry Alliance to limit harmful substances in textiles, has already completed the preparatory work, and has been put into the implementation stage. It is expected to be officially announced in the middle of this year and will be formally implemented in January 2011.
